How we contribute

 
Sustainable living at The FIZZ 
For all the FIZZ houses we use our check-in moments to create sustainable awareness. We inform our new tenants how important it is to choose your energy supplier wisely. We also advise them  how to reduce the usage of electricity and water. 

Our Resident managers are organizing at least 2 events per year to the attention of sustainability. For example our contribution to the earthhour.org event

​Circular demolition
Circular demolition saves material, CO2 and creates jobs. This fits our sustainability ambition.  The major cities in the Netherlands share the same ambition. 

​EV parking
All our properties have parking spots and charging services for EV (Electric Vehicles).  ​
